Before you write

Include your macOS version, CircleDuck version and a short description of the problem. For purchase questions, include the email you used to sign in and your receipt reference.

Never send passwords, sign-in codes or card details.

Your account

Access is linked to the account used for your purchase. Use the same account in the Mac app. Connecting Google and Apple from your account page lets you use either connected sign-in method.

The preview is currently limited to invited accounts.

The trial

The 24-hour trial starts at first launch and continues while CircleDuck is closed. You need to sign in to use the app. When the trial ends, a purchase or complimentary access is required.

Purchase & delivery

CircleDuck for Mac costs $3 USD once, with no subscription. It requires macOS 13 or later, on Apple Silicon or Intel, and a CircleDuck account. This is an invited-account preview: confirm you can sign in and use the free trial before buying.

After Stripe confirms payment, paid access is linked automatically to the signed-in account. Use that same account in the Mac app. Access checks require an internet connection; short offline access is limited. No physical product is shipped.

Refund policy

We do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind. Please use the free trial to check compatibility and decide whether CircleDuck meets your needs before purchasing.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty or undelivered digital content. Buying or using the trial does not by itself waive those rights.

If an EU/EEA statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you can notify us within 14 days of the contract. Contact support@yelduck.xyz with your account email, purchase reference and request. Other mandatory rights and local time limits remain applicable.

When a purchase is refunded, the paid access attached to that purchase is revoked.
